The luxury sedan concept shares the stage with the S9 hypercar - or, more precisely, the updated version of the machine, which is now ready to hit the assembly lines. First shown at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show as a prototype, the S9 is the brand’s ultimate sports car designed by former Volkswagen Group design chief Walter de Silva. A petition started by a Wellington teacher calling for changes to the “unfair” exclusion of teenage boys from secondary school netball has prompted action from the sport’s governing body. Lauren Fox was spurred on by the experience of her now 17-year-old son Al Fox, who loves netball. He’s a coach and an umpire. It’s his way of “keeping in touch with the sport”. He played from the age of eight. But since year nine he hasn’t been allowed to play alongside his high school peers. Instead, he’s played alongside men in a non-competitive team. That’s not where he wants to be. He “loves being part of a team” and wants to be surrounded by his peers. Fox’s petition asks to allow boys to play in secondary school competitions via the introduction of national uniformed regulations implemented by Netball New Zealand and applied by all centres. In response, Netball NZ has set up a male participation work group and is revising participation guidelines. MANILA, Philippines – Representative Cristal Bagatsing of Manila’s 5th District said Tuesday that the pilot program for motorcycle taxis should be ended and they should be allowed to operate legally. Bagatsing, who is an author of one of the bills allowing the use of motorcycles as a Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) said that the pilot program has been running for over two years, and yet the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) has yet to be finalized. “Let’s regulate and let’s be firm with the IRR (implementing rules and regulations). This TWG has been going on too long. The pilot programs have been running on the roads for [over two years] na. We see the need. WhatsApp rolled out disappearing messages last year in November. It has since been reported that WhatsApp is working on adding new features to disappearing messages. A new report suggests WhatsApp could add support for group members to have control over disappearing messages. According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is testing support for group members to disable/enable disappearing messages in the latest beta on Android version 2.21.8.7. Disappearing messages are available on group and personal chats but in the former it's restricted to only admins. Participants in group chats do not have any control over disappearing messages. WhatsApp is now adding an option for group members to also be able to control disappearing messages. This decision too will however reside on the group admin.
