President Joe Biden’s administration is ordering Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, as well as agents with the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency, to stop using the terms “illegal alien” and “assimilation.” Memos sent by top Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials on Monday told ICE agents and CBP agents to stop referring to illegal aliens as “illegal aliens,” opting instead for the terms “noncitizen” or “migrant,” according to the Washington Post . President Joe Biden’s administration is being pressed to disclose where the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are sending border crossers and illegal aliens in the United States. As of April 10, Breitbart News exclusively reported , the Biden administration has released nearly 42,000 border crossers into the U.S. interior while about 6,400 more have been released after having been enrolled in the now-defunct “Remain in Mexico” program. Those released into the U.S. interior by the Biden administration can quickly apply for one-year work permits to take American jobs after they travel throughout the country, usually on Greyhound buses, until they reach their final destination. Faraday Future was investigated by the Department of Labor in 2020, though the electric vehicle startup says the matter was “resolved,” according to a previously unreported passage in a recent regulatory filing . The startup didn’t say what the investigation was about or how much it paid to resolve the legal matter. Faraday Future’s former chief lawyer has claimed in a lawsuit that the company was previously inspected by the Department of Homeland Security’s United States Citizenship and Immigration Services division in 2018, though the startup denied this in court filings. A spokesperson for Faraday Future declined to comment on the investigation.
