After Samsung launched Galaxy A52, the successor of the world's most popular Android phone in 2020-- Galaxy A51, Realme has introduced the Realme 8 series-- Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro smartphones. Realme 8 Pro and Samsung Galaxy A52 both share the same chipset-- Snapdragon 720G. However, other specifications like camera, display, battery and fast charging are different. Another crucial difference is that while the Realme 8 Pro starts at Rs 17,999, the Samsung Galaxy A52 has a starting price of Rs 26,499. Both the phones are dual SIM and support 4G networks only. After the launch of the Realme 8 series in India , CEO Madhav Sheth has confirmed that Realme will launch affordable 5G-enabled handsets as well.
