Their victim described the ruling as an important decision about the harm caused by dead-naming people , which refers to using the birth or other former name of a transgender or non-binary person without their consent. Anti-council campaigners Anthea Keenan and Geoffrey King were served with a harmful digital communication order after posting offensive material about Hokitika businesswoman Jacquie Grant. Places north of Allegheny County though, will see temperatures significantly cooler today than yesterday thanks to increased cloud cover. Bomb found under car of serving police officer in Northern Ireland- major security alert
A bomb has been discovered beneath the car of a serving police officer in Dungiven, Northern Ireland. The device was placed under the car of a serving part-time police officer in County Derry but was found before it did any damage. According to RTE the "viable booby trap bomb" was placed at her home and was defused by British army explosives experts. Member of the Legislative Assembly Cara Hunter said that no one should "live in fear" while they are trying to do their work after the threat was uncovered, Belfast Live reported . She said: "I fully condemn the attack of a serving police officer in Dungiven yesterday with a device left on their car. "No one should have to live in fear of going to work. "Our officers protect our communities everyday and keep them safe." She added: "My thoughts are with the officer and their families." Boy, 3, distraught after ‘petty’ council clears den and says name not inclusive enough
A three-year-old's woodland den was pulled apart by council bureaucrats because the name "Charlie's Den" is not inclusive enough. Charlie Smith's grandfather Alan, 60, built the fort from sticks and branches in June 2020, for the toddler and his sister Molly, one. The little ones and their pals visit the mini hide out on the side of Whitmoor Common during their daily walks. But the family, from Guildford, Surrey, were contacted by the council and asked to remove the handmade decorations from inside because they weren't biodegradable. And when the family didn't comply, council workers cleared out the den - and then left a note outside saying even painted wooden decorations had to go too, they claim. It was followed by an email from Surrey County Council officers demanding they must remove the wooden plank sign above the entrance which said "Charlie's Den".
