Bez made an epic return to the ice rink during the Dancing on Ice final, but it wasn’t long before he fell over in dramatic style. The Happy Mondays star was eliminated from the show last month during Musicals Week, but he made an epic comeback during Sunday’s grand finale (March 27). The fan-favourite contestant, who was paired up with show pro Angela Egan, was seen skating away furiously from a giant boulder in a hilarious nod to his previous Indiana Jones routine. Bez had previously starred as fictional film archeologist Indiana Jones during Movie Week, where he was seen skating to The Raiders of the Lost Ark theme, which famously starred Harrison Ford in the leading role. It all appeared to go wrong for the Manchester musician when he took a mighty tumble on the ice and landed flat on his face in front of the nation. Commentating on the moment as the film theme played, show host Phillip Schofield joked: “Oh it’s still chasing him [the boulder]”.
