Gogglebox favourites and best pals Jenny Newby and Lee Riley posted an update from their famous sofa after completing filming for series 18 of the Channel 4 show. The cast of Gogglebox have got the nation through some of the bleakest times by continuing to provide laughs during the pandemic . Friday night's episode was the last in the current series, with a few more episodes over the Christmas period to tie us over until next year. Jenny and Lee confirmed they'd finished up on filming until 2022, but don't worry, as the pair also addressed when they would be back on-screens in the New Year – and there won't be too long to wait . Speaking on a video posted to their joint Instagram, Lee begun: 'Hi everybody, we'd just like to thank you so much for all the messages during series 18.
