The road projects are among those scheduled for completion next year in the Klein area. Champions Drive, between FM 1960 and Cypress Creek, will be converted to a cement road from an asphalt road with enhanced drainage by April 5, 2020 as part of an ongoing construction project. Pamela Rocchi, director of the capital improvement projects division for HCP4, said the project costs $13,264,645. In a joint project with the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program, and the Texas Department of Transportation, HCP4 is improving signals along Cypresswood Drive.
